if i could not give 1 star i would. The guy who came to fix my toliet was rude and actually put caulking and s*** in my bathtub. Not only that but the guy had the nerve to ask me for spare change to use in place of a washer!!! if i had a choice on who came to my house it would not be nova employees.

Do not call this company-Paul was dishonest and overcharged for trip(charged for 2 hr of labor when present for 1 hr 15min). Not only did he overcharge, but when the faucet didn't pull hot water he blamed it on a faucet defect(over the phone-refused to come to house) and the toliet still leaked did not guarantee hiis work and refused to return. I have rarely been so disappointed in someone's integrity and poor service.
