Poor Managment, especially the manager who is more than happy to have an inital evaluation and take your cash/insurance. But then, he is always busy or on the phone or cuts off your conversation quickly. Poor knowledge of medical terms.
The psychiatrist was also a disappointment. When the primary mental health clinician doesn't allow for conversation or listening to concerns, it is truly sad for the profession. Also, be aware of prescribed medications.
